Two gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath homes are nestled on the banks of the beautiful San Juan River in downtown Pagosa Springs. A day trip to Durango is a must! Durango is an hour away so wake up early and enjoy the day on the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.

Navajo Lake, 30 minutes away, is Colorado's answer to Lake Powell. This reservoir extends for 35 miles south into New Mexico. Fish for record-size northern pike, rainbow trout, kokanee salmon, large-mouth bass and catfish without crowds. There is a boat ramp and marina.

Wolf Creek Ski Area has the most snow in Colorado with an average of 450 inches! We are only 30 minutes away. Skiing not your thing . . . no worries the area offer great snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. There are many snowmobile trails west of Pagosa Springs that take you through the San Juan National Forest.

There are no phones in the town homes. However your cell phone should get good reception.
